Welcome to the Inner Garden: you contain multitudes within you and this session will dig deep to the root of any health concern so shift you are experiencing. Using somatics, Functional Nutrition, and astrology, we take a deep dive together to spend time and care to cultivate the garden within you so you can flourish. This is a sacred time to utilize my years of knowledge collected through travel, cooking for numerous retreats, and study.
